   About this project

This project was a relatively mundane assignment turned into something more special. “Economic snapshots” appear weekly business section and are usually some simple charts and graphs with a few paragraphs included to provide background and contextual information. I felt that I could do more with it. Once I came up with the header graphic a design plan came together quickly alongside the data reporting I was already doing for the charts and sortable table.
