About this project
This project was the result of my Idea Labs Fellowship through the The Dallas Morning News. For six weeks, I researched public housing in Dallas, interviewed residents and sifted through city and state data. I chose to examine the differences in quality of life for residents of Roseland, an example of public housing which survived gentrification at the city's core, and Buckeye Trail Commons in the isolation of South Dallas.
Though it was published in the newsroom's content management system, I designed the layout of the assets on the story page.
